Description

The Cardin RSQ504OC2 is a compact 2 channel slot-in receiver card designed for direct integration into compatible automation systems. Installed within the control unit, it provides secure and reliable radio control without the need for external receiver units. Operating on Cardin’s S504 radio platform, the RSQ504OC2 uses 433MHz rolling code technology with 128-bit encryption. As a result, it ensures secure signal transmission and protection against unauthorised access across all connected transmitters and access devices. The receiver supports the memorisation of up to 1000 user codes, allowing it to manage multiple remotes, wireless keypads and access control devices within a single integrated system. With 2 independent channels, the RSQ504OC2 enables control of two separate automation functions, such as gate operation, pedestrian access or auxiliary outputs. Designed as an open collector receiver card, it is intended for direct insertion into host appliances equipped with a dedicated receiver slot. This allows clean, space-efficient installation within control panels and eliminates the need for additional wiring or external enclosures. Supplied with two impulsive relay outputs, the RSQ504OC2 enables reliable switching and integration with automation control logic. It also supports extended signal performance when paired with the ANS400 external antenna, achieving ranges of up to 100–150 metres depending on installation conditions. Designed as a core embedded component, the RSQ504OC2 integrates seamlessly with Cardin transmitters, wireless keypads and access control systems to deliver a clean, reliable and scalable automation solution.
