Description
The e-Trans 50 V4 is a wireless gate transceiver designed to connect e-Loop vehicle detection sensors with automated gates, boom gates and access control systems. Acting as the communication hub within the e-Loop ecosystem, it receives wireless signals from compatible devices and converts them into reliable relay outputs for automation controllers.
Designed for commercial, industrial and residential installations, the e-Trans 50 V4 supports up to four e-Loop sensors, 50 e-TX remotes, four wireless keypads and four entry buttons, making it a flexible solution for a wide range of vehicle access applications.
Its compact design allows for discreet installation within control cabinets or weatherproof enclosures, while operating from a 10–36V DC power supply with an ultra-low standby current of just 4.5mA. A single normally open relay output provides straightforward integration with gate, barrier and automation controllers.
The e-Trans 50 V4 communicates over a secure 433.39MHz radio platform and offers multiple operating modes including Pulse, Hold and Latch, allowing installers to configure operation for different automation requirements.
Version 4 also introduces e-Trans Forwarding, enabling multiple e-Trans 50 units to be linked together. This allows several wireless loops to operate as a coordinated system across larger sites while maintaining reliable communication and synchronised relay operation. The built-in Version 3 and Version 4 compatibility switch also simplifies upgrades from existing e-Loop installations.
