Description

The Cardin CDR999 photocell provides reliable infrared safety detection for automated gates, doors and access control systems. Designed for standard installations, it delivers consistent obstacle detection and system protection across residential and light commercial environments. Using a modulated infrared beam system, the CDR999 operates with a transmitter and receiver to detect interruptions across distances up to 10m. As a result, it ensures safe and controlled operation for everyday automation applications. A compact, weather-resistant housing with IP55 protection ensures reliable outdoor performance. The robust design protects internal components from dust, moisture and environmental exposure across typical installation conditions.
